Pixel-obsessed, passionate about people, and products !

My interest in design started much before college, I enjoyed sketching and doing hand lettering with my neighbour. I didn’t think of it as “design” back then, I just liked creating things, that interest slowly grew and led me to study Applied Arts and later complete an HCI certification from IIT Bombay.
I began my career with an internship at Orchid Advertising. While working there, I realised I was more interested in how people use things, not just how they look. One project led to another and over time I moved into UX, working across domains like aerospace, automotive, retail, fintech and manufacturing.
At IBM iX, handling UX for large enterprise applications and AI-led products. I worked closely with clients such as Collins Aerospace, SBI, Asian Paints, and Maruti Suzuki. I also facilitated design thinking workshops, understand users better and make clearer decisions together.
Outside enterprise work, I’ve designed conversational AI for Masaba Gupta’s LoveChild and retail experiences for Rooms To Go. I enjoy working closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to simplify complex workflows. Even while leading teams, I stay hands-on with my craft and mentoring, making sure the work stays grounded in real user needs and practical business goals.

Product Discovery
I’m passionate about guiding cross-functional teams through product discovery, exploring opportunities, testing ideas, and refining solutions through user research, prototyping, and real-world validation.
Effective Teams
Creating healthy teams starts with the basics, building trust and embracing vulnerability, helping people find their rhythm so they can excel at what they do best, and continuously opening up opportunities for growth.
Cross-collaboration
I don't see design as an end in itself. Instead, I focus on cross-functional collaboration, applying design methods to tackle key business challenges across marketing, product, and engineering.
Craft & Quality
Leveraging real-time feedback and iterative processes to refine interface details to define craft-level collaboration, that includes leaders setting a very high bar, and the whole team building their skillsets of critique, analysis, and exploration.
